Delivery Service

We accept global shipping. However, orders in the Doug & Doff online store will be delivered by different couriers due to the time efficiency of different regions. If there are any requirements regarding delivery arrangements before the ordering, customers can discuss with us via email dougdoff@hotmail.com We will do our best to meet customer requirements.

 

Delivery Fee

Free shipping is now applied on purchases over $99 in Doug & Doff online store.

If the order is less than $99 for a single purchase, a standard shipping fee, $15, will be charged when placing the order. We won’t charge any additional fee only if the order is severely overweight.

 

Shipping Time

The package will be prepared promptly once the order is confirmed. Most orders will have arrived within 14 working days. The customers will receive a tracking number once we ship the item.

If the customers fail to receive the package , please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Out of Stock/Discontinued products

We will do our best to ensure an adequate supply of products. If there is a shortage of the item after the order is placed, a refund will go to the customer's credit card or Paypal account within 7 working days.
